"Seeking Justice and Compassion for the Poor and Vulnerable"

The National Association of Evangelicals, an association representing 45,000 churches across 40 denominations, recently published a resource guide for relations work titled, “For the Health of the Nation: An Evangelical Call to Civic Responsibility”.

We were encouraged to see in the Principles of Christian Political Engagement chapter that section four is dedicated to “Seeking Justice and Compassion for the Poor and Vulnerable". Moreover, there is a direct call to care for the poor, including persons with disabilities. Praise God!
